WordPress Website Redesign Services
Improve an outdated WordPress website without automatically rebuilding everything from scratch.
WordPress redesign projects start at $1,950. The final scope depends on the pages involved, the amount of structural and content refinement required, responsive issues, and how much of the existing site can sensibly be retained.
No discovery call is required. Send me the website URL and what you want to improve, and I’ll respond by email.
When Your WordPress Website Needs a Redesign
Common redesign situations include:
- An outdated visual design that no longer reflects the business
- A homepage that does not clearly explain services or next steps
- Service pages that are inconsistent, thin, or difficult to navigate
- Mobile layouts that feel awkward or dated
- Navigation or page hierarchy that has become confusing over time
- Content that has accumulated without a clear structure
- Branding, services, or positioning that have changed since the site was built
- On-page SEO and internal-linking structure that need improvement
If the site only needs a small repair, I’ll recommend the smaller scope instead.
What a WordPress Website Redesign Can Improve
Typical redesign priorities can include:
- Homepage structure and messaging hierarchy
- Service-page layouts and content organization
- Navigation, header, and footer cleanup
- Responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Calls to action and inquiry paths
- Internal linking and on-page SEO implementation
- Visual consistency across older and newer pages
- Performance-conscious Elementor cleanup where appropriate
A redesign does not guarantee rankings or leads. The goal is a clearer, more usable website that better supports the business.
What the WordPress Website Redesign Includes
Typical scope can include:
- Review of the existing website, page structure, and current content
- Redesign direction and agreed priority-page scope
- Homepage and selected service or conversion-page redesigns
- Header, footer, navigation, and sitewide layout refinement where included
- Elementor layout rebuilding or cleanup for the agreed pages
- Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Implementation of supplied or approved content
- Forms, calls to action, and internal-linking improvements where included
- On-page SEO implementation and preservation of important existing URLs where practical
- Quality checks before launch
The exact page list, exclusions, project price, and expected delivery window are confirmed in writing before work begins. Copywriting, custom application development, premium licenses, and unrelated technical work are not assumed unless specifically included.
Is a WordPress Redesign the Right Fit?
Good fit:
- The website works, but looks or feels outdated
- The business has changed and the site no longer explains it clearly
- The page structure or navigation needs substantial cleanup
- Priority pages need stronger layouts, hierarchy, or mobile behavior
- You want to improve the existing WordPress site rather than start over automatically
A different scope may be better when:
- There is only one isolated technical problem—a Repair Sprint may be enough
- The current site has very little worth preserving and a new build is more practical
- The project requires complex custom application or WooCommerce development
- The site has a major malware, hosting, or server-level incident that should be handled separately
I’ll recommend the smallest sensible scope after reviewing the existing website.
WordPress Website Redesign Process
A written, no-call process keeps the redesign clear from the first review through launch.
1. Send the Website
Send the current website URL and explain what feels outdated, unclear, difficult to use, or no longer aligned with the business.
2. Written Review
I review the public website, current structure, priority pages, and the information you provide to determine whether redesign is the right scope.
3. Scope & Price
You receive the recommended page scope, inclusions, exclusions, exact project price, expected delivery window, and access or content requirements in writing.
4. Redesign & Review
After approval, payment, and access, I redesign the agreed pages and send the work through the defined review process.
5. Launch & Handoff
After approval and final checks, the redesigned pages are launched and I confirm what changed, what was retained, and any useful follow-up notes.
No discovery call is required when the project can be scoped clearly in writing.

What I Keep, What I Change, and What I Rebuild
Depending on the site, the redesign may:
- Keep important existing URLs and useful content where practical
- Retain working functionality that does not need replacement
- Preserve brand assets that still fit the business
- Rebuild outdated Elementor layouts and inconsistent page sections
- Improve navigation, page hierarchy, and calls to action
- Correct responsive problems across priority pages
- Remove unnecessary clutter or duplicated presentation patterns
- Refine on-page SEO implementation without promising rankings
The goal is a stronger website with the least unnecessary disruption—not change for the sake of change.
When a Redesign Is Not the Right Solution
A different scope may make more sense when:
- Only one defined problem is broken—a Repair Sprint starting at $395 may be enough
- The current site has very little useful structure, content, or functionality worth preserving
- The project requires a completely new information architecture and page set
- A platform migration or substantial custom-development project is required
- The website is compromised by a major security incident that needs separate remediation first
- A new professional WordPress website starting at $2,800 would be more economical than rebuilding the existing site piece by piece
I will not recommend a larger project simply because it costs more. The written review is meant to identify the smallest scope that solves the actual problem.
