SEO & SEARCH VISIBILITY

Your website isn’t showing up where customers are looking. Let’s find out why.

Maybe Google isn’t indexing the right pages. Maybe your services aren’t explained clearly enough. Or maybe other businesses have stronger pages for the searches that matter.

I’ll review the evidence, explain what I find, and recommend the work that makes sense.

COMMON SEARCH PROBLEMS

What does “not showing up” actually mean?

These problems can look similar from the outside. They don’t necessarily have the same cause or solution.

Can’t find my business

Your website barely appears, even when someone searches for your business or services.

Competitors show up instead

Other businesses appear for the services you offer, while your important pages are difficult to find.

Pages aren’t appearing

Some pages are missing from Google’s index or have technical problems affecting discovery.

Traffic has dropped

Search visits changed, but the reason isn’t clear. The problem needs investigation before anyone recommends a fix.
WHAT SEARCHERS SEE

A useful page needs to match what someone is looking for.

If someone searches for a specific service, they should find a page that clearly explains that service, where it’s available, and what to do next.
A generic homepage cannot always do that job well. I look at how your pages appear in search, what each page says, and whether someone landing on it can quickly find the information they need.

Vague service description

Illustrative search-result examples, not live rankings or a promise of how Google will display the result.
THE INVESTIGATION

I want to see what’s actually happening before changing your website.

SEO problems are not always content problems. I check available search data, the website’s technical condition, and how its pages are organized before recommending changes.

Search data, not guesswork

Interface illustration only. The figures shown in this image are not actual Search Console measurements.

Verified example · 3DShoes.com

467 clicks  ·  34,348 impressions  ·  1.36% CTR
Google Search Console web-search performance for the 28 settled days ending October 5, 2026. This is a dated measurement, not a claim that SEO work caused a change.

Indexing and discovery

Can Google find and index important pages? Are exclusions, redirects, or sitemap problems getting in the way?

Page content and relevance

Do the titles, headings, and content answer real customer questions and clearly describe each service?

Website structure

Can visitors move logically between services, locations, supporting articles, and contact pages?

Local search information

Are service areas and business information clear and consistent with the Google Business Profile?
Search Console or Google Business Profile access may be needed. When reliable data is unavailable, I won’t pretend to know the cause.
MAKING THE SITE CLEARER

Important services need pages that actually explain them.

A common problem is trying to make one page rank for everything a business does. Sometimes the better fix is to organize existing content, improve important service pages, and connect related information more clearly.
That doesn’t mean creating dozens of thin pages just to target keywords. Every page should serve a useful purpose.

Example: a clearer website structure

Computer Repair Website

Service overview, navigation, and contact information
↓   Service pages connected through clear navigation & internal links   ↓

Laptop Repair

Clear service details and next step

Virus Removal

Specific explanation of the service

Business IT Support

Dedicated page for business customers
Conceptual example: separate useful services, connected through clear navigation and internal links.

The work is priced after I understand the problem.

SEO & SEARCH VISIBILITY

SEO & Search Visibility

Defined after review

I review the site and available search evidence, identify the problems worth addressing, and give you a written scope and fixed price before work begins.
✓ Indexing and technical SEO corrections
✓ Page titles, headings, and metadata improvements
✓ Service-page content and structure
✓ Internal links and navigation improvements
✓ Redirect and sitemap corrections
✓ Local business information improvements
✓ Analytics and Search Console setup or review
The scope determines what is included. A one-time project does not automatically become a monthly SEO contract, and I don’t guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue.
REAL WEBSITE WORK

Search problems don’t always come from the same place.

Here are two different kinds of website work I’ve handled. These examples explain the work involved; they are not promises of search traffic or rankings.

TN Computer Medics

A compromised WordPress website developed a large footprint of unwanted pages in Google’s index. The work involved technical recovery, spam cleanup, and ongoing attention to site structure and indexing.

3DShoes.com

A long-running publication with an extensive article library, requiring consistent content organization, editorial upkeep, and technical website maintenance.
HOW THE WORK MOVES

A clear process from investigation to completed work.

I define the work before changing the site, then check the finished changes instead of asking you to trust vague SEO promises.
01

Review the evidence

I inspect the site, available search data, and the problems you have noticed.
02

Define the work

I explain what needs changing, what can stay, and the scope and price.
03

Make the agreed fixes

I update the specific pages, structure, settings, or technical issues included in the scope.
04

Check and report

I verify the changes and explain what was completed and what should be monitored afterward.
I can verify whether agreed website changes were implemented and whether technical checks pass. Search rankings, indexing decisions, traffic, and business results depend on additional factors outside my control.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about SEO & search visibility

Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No. I can investigate problems, improve the site, and verify the agreed work, but I can’t control Google’s rankings.

My website isn’t showing up on Google. Can you fix that?

I can investigate technical problems affecting discovery or indexing and correct issues within the agreed scope. Google still decides whether and when to index a page.

Do I need to rebuild my website for SEO?

Usually not. Many problems can be addressed through focused changes to existing pages and technical settings.

Do I need monthly SEO services?

Not necessarily. Some work can be handled as a defined one-time project. Ongoing work only makes sense when there’s a clear reason for it.

How long does SEO take?

Technical changes can be checked after implementation, but search visibility may take weeks or months to change. There’s no reliable universal deadline.

Do you work on local SEO?

Yes, where the scope and access allow it. That can include service and location information on the website and Google Business Profile review. Local placement isn’t guaranteed.
NOT SURE WHY YOU’RE MISSING FROM SEARCH?

Show me your website. I’ll help you find out what’s getting in the way.

Send me the site and tell me what people should be able to find. I’ll look at what needs investigating and explain the next sensible step.
