Not showing up in search? Find out what needs attention first.
An important WordPress page may be difficult to find in search for several reasons. This page explains what a focused SEO assessment starting at $349 covers, what you receive, and what needs separate work.
Start with one specific search problem.
The entry price covers a focused assessment of one defined WordPress search visibility concern—not an audit of every page or a guarantee of rankings.
One question. Relevant evidence. An understandable action plan.
Defined concern
Tell me what's missing.
For example, an important page is missing from Google or there may be a technical issue affecting its discovery.
Relevant evidence
Review what's accessible.
I’ll inspect the affected area and available Search Console information when appropriate to the agreed question.
Bounded assessment
Know what gets checked.
The quote lists the specific concern, relevant pages, technical signals and report deliverable. Wider work is quoted separately.
The price covers investigation and findings—not unlimited SEO fixes.
One Defined Search Concern
From $349
For a qualifying, clearly bounded WordPress SEO concern. I confirm the pages, checks, findings and fixed price in writing before starting.
✓ Review the reported search concern
✓ Inspect agreed pages and available evidence
✓ Check relevant indexing or sitemap signals
✓ Review applicable metadata, headings and links
✓ Record findings and limitations
✓ Explain supported causes when identifiable
✓ Prioritize important problems
✓ Deliver written findings and recommendations
✓ Identify practical next steps
✓ Flag implementation or deeper diagnosis separately
The $349 starting service produces an assessment and action plan. Applying fixes, rewriting pages, managing external profiles and ongoing SEO are not included automatically.
Look at the evidence before making changes.
Define the concern
Review the specific search problem, the important page or website area, and what customers should be able to find.
Search evidence
Inspect relevant Search Console data if available, and applicable indexing, sitemap and discovery signals.
On-page signals
Check the relevant titles, headings, page explanations, metadata and internal links connected to the agreed concern.
Written findings
Deliver understandable documented findings, evidence limitations and prioritized recommendations.
A focused assessment is not an unlimited SEO campaign.
Site-wide and competitor research
A complete audit of every page, extensive competitor analysis, unlimited keyword research or a detailed history of all traffic changes.
Automatic technical fixes
Changing plugins or code, implementing redirects, creating new pages, fixing every issue, or restructuring the site.
Recurring or external work
Ongoing SEO campaigns, link building, continuous reporting, advertising and Google Business Profile management.
Rankings and business results
Guaranteed indexing, first-page positions, traffic, leads, revenue or control over Google’s search results.
I'll tell you what the evidence supports.
Similar search symptoms can have different causes. Missing Search Console history, access restrictions or changes outside the agreed scope may prevent a definite diagnosis.
No invented certainty. No automatic upgrades.
Assessment
Check the agreed issue.
I review accessible evidence within the agreed scope and distinguish verified findings from possible causes.
Further investigation
A separate written quote.
If the problem requires additional pages, deeper technical inspection or wider data analysis, I’ll explain that before any new paid work.
Implementation
You decide what gets fixed.
I provide recommendations and can quote the agreed fixes separately. You don’t have to hire me to implement them.
Tell me what's missing. I'll check the relevant evidence.
You don’t need technical SEO knowledge. I need to know what services, locations and pages matter to your customers.
What you provide
Your website, the search concern, the relevant page or service, accurate business information, and WordPress or Search Console access when needed for the written assessment.
What I handle
Define the scope, review relevant website and search signals, record findings and unknowns, prioritize the recommendations, and deliver an understandable report.
From one search concern to a clear written explanation.
The entry service is a defined investigation. It doesn’t automatically authorize modifications to the website.
Explain the problem
Send the website address and tell me what page or service people should be able to find.
Approve the assessment
I confirm the concern, exact pages and checks, available evidence, expected findings and fixed quote.
Investigate the evidence
I inspect the agreed WordPress areas and Search Console information when suitable, noting findings and limitations.
Receive the action plan
I deliver the documented findings and priorities. Implementation is optional and separately scoped.
The assessment is complete when the agreed findings are delivered.
This is an investigation, not a promise to change Google search results. Completion is measured against the checks and report described in your written quote.
What I verify
I’ll check the report against the accepted assessment scope.
- Coverage: The named website area and relevant signals were inspected, or access limitations were explained.
- Evidence: Confirmed issues and uncertain explanations are clearly separated.
- Recommendations: You receive priorities and next steps, including what needs a separate implementation quote.
Corrections and limitations
If the report misses an agreed check or incorrectly describes reviewed evidence, I’ll correct that deliverable.
- A new search problem discovered afterward is separate work.
- Google’s future indexing, rankings and traffic changes aren’t defects in an accurate report.
If the promised checks cannot be completed because essential access or data is unavailable, I’ll explain what is missing and agree on a fair adjustment or remedy for undelivered work.
The written scope determines the actual assessment.
From $349 applies to an eligible focused WordPress SEO concern. The accepted quote lists the pages, checks, report, review terms and payment arrangements.
No open-ended hourly bill. No unapproved site fixes.
Entry-price assessment
From $349.
A qualifying assessment may be paid upfront under the agreed terms. Prepayment is not automatically earned for work that wasn’t delivered.
Cancellation or corrections
Fair treatment on both sides.
You may cancel under the agreed written terms. I’ll account for approved work already completed and refund unearned payment, subject to approved nonrecoverable costs.
Larger SEO work
Agree before proceeding.
Additional pages, site-wide analysis, implementation, new writing, local search work or ongoing monitoring require a separate written scope and your approval.
Your hosting and search data remain under your control.
I never host client websites. Your domain, hosting, WordPress and Search Console accounts remain yours. You can follow the recommendations yourself or hire another provider to implement them.
✓ Domain and hosting remain in your own accounts
✓ You receive the agreed written findings
✓ No required PixelCrafted hosting or SEO subscription
✓ You can hire anyone to implement recommended changes
No long-term commitment required.
A focused assessment can stand alone. I’ll report what I find without requiring an ongoing SEO plan or control of your website.
Questions about SEO assessments starting from $349
Does $349 include fixing the SEO problems?
No. It’s the starting price for a focused assessment and written action plan. Website changes and implementation are quoted separately.
What does the focused assessment check?
One agreed WordPress search concern and its directly relevant pages and signals, as specified in the written quote. It isn’t an unlimited site-wide audit.
Can you guarantee Google will index my page?
No. I can investigate technical barriers and recommend fixes, but search engines decide whether and when to index pages.
What if there isn't one clear cause?
I’ll report the evidence, limitations and next steps. I won’t invent a diagnosis. Further investigation is optional and separately quoted.
Does it include Google Business Profile work?
Not automatically. Local search and Google Business Profile tasks can receive their own defined scope if suitable.
Do I need to rebuild my website for SEO?
Not necessarily. A focused repair, content improvement or structural change may be more sensible than rebuilding.
Do I need monthly SEO services?
No. A one-time assessment can stand alone. Ongoing work only makes sense if you choose to approve a defined plan.
Can we work through email and keep hosting?
Yes. Your hosting and domain remain under your control, and the assessment can be handled through written communication without a mandatory call.
Show me what's missing. I'll help investigate the right question.
Tell me which page, service or location customers should be able to find. I’ll review whether a focused SEO assessment fits and confirm the written scope before starting.
