What do these terms cover?
These Terms & Conditions apply to browsing and using PixelCrafted.dev, including reading service information and sending a project inquiry. They do not replace a separate written agreement for paid services. If a project agreement is made, its approved scope and specific terms govern that project.
How may I use this website?
You may browse the pages to understand the services, review public pricing and project examples, and contact me about possible work. Please don’t attempt to interfere with the website, misuse its forms, access restricted systems, or use its content in unlawful or harmful ways.
Does contacting PixelCrafted commit me to a project?
No. Sending a form or email is an inquiry, not an order or authorization to begin paid work. I’ll review the problem, ask questions by email when necessary, and explain whether I can help. There is no mandatory phone call.
Does a published price cover every situation?
No. A fixed-price package applies when the requested work meets its published eligibility and scope. A starting price applies only to qualifying smaller jobs. Work outside those published boundaries is reviewed and quoted separately. Read the linked full-scope page for inclusions and exclusions before deciding.
How is paid work agreed?
Before work begins, the proposed deliverables, responsibilities, price, and important conditions are confirmed in writing. Any agreed payment schedule, acceptance checks, defect coverage, and cancellation arrangements depend on the applicable written project or service agreement. A website inquiry by itself does not create those obligations.
What happens when the work needs to change?
If a new requirement falls outside the agreed scope, I’ll explain the additional work and its price before proceeding. You decide whether to approve it. Unapproved additions are not automatically included, and I won’t treat a general inquiry as permission to access or change your systems.
What stays yours, and where the limits are.
Who controls my website and accounts?
For client website projects, your domain, hosting, and relevant accounts stay under your control. PixelCrafted does not require you to move your website to hosting owned by PixelCrafted. Access needed for a job is discussed as part of the agreed work. Rights in delivered work and any third-party materials are addressed in the written project agreement.
Do I need to subscribe to ongoing care?
No. Ongoing WordPress website care is optional and is not a condition of hiring PixelCrafted for a one-time project. A care plan, if selected, has its own published scope and separately agreed ongoing responsibilities and charges.
Are specific traffic, rankings, or technical outcomes guaranteed?
No specific search rankings, visitor numbers, leads, sales, or other business results are promised by this website. Technical work, AI-generated material, and automated processes can have limitations and may depend on third-party services, client-supplied information, and conditions outside PixelCrafted’s control. Agreed deliverables and tests are set out in the written scope.
Who owns the material shown on this website?
The website includes PixelCrafted’s own writing, layout, and design, as well as client-owned material, logos, images, and other third-party content where applicable. Displaying someone else’s work or a case study does not transfer ownership. Do not copy or reuse protected material without the relevant permission or license.
What about website information, outside links, and responsibility?
I work to keep service information accurate, but pages can become outdated or contain errors. External websites, services, and tools have their own content and terms.
