When you contact PixelCrafted about your website, AI-generated work, or a repetitive digital task, you may share information about yourself and your project. This policy explains what is collected through PixelCrafted.dev, how I use that information, and how to contact me about it.
Paid project work may involve additional information handling explained in the separate written project agreement.
What this website receives and why.
What does the contact form collect?
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the kind of problem you need help with, and a description. Optional fields include business name, a website or related URL, and an approximate start timeline. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or private customer information through the form.
What if you contact me by email?
I receive the email address you write from and whatever details, files, or links you choose to include. I use this correspondence to understand your request, respond, and, if you approve a project, communicate about the agreed work.
What website-usage information may be collected?
The existing site policy identifies Google Analytics for usage reporting. When analytics and related tools are active, data may include pages visited, browser or device details, referral information, usage events, and approximate location. Hosting and website services may also keep technical logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, or protect the site.
Does the website use cookies?
Cookies and similar browser storage may support site functions, security, and analytics when those features are enabled. Third-party services may set their own cookies under their policies. Why do you use the information?

Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a paid project or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Does the AI Project Assistant collect information?
The guided AI Project Assistant is currently marked Coming Soon on the Contact page and is not available for visitor submissions. The contact form is the active inquiry route. Any later assistant that collects or processes submitted information will need an updated explanation before it is activated.
How information is handled after you send it.
Where can inquiry details be stored?
The Elementor contact form is configured to send an email notification. Submissions may also be retained in WordPress and associated hosting or backup systems. Direct email correspondence is held by the email service. The exact storage and delivery configuration is subject to verification during site testing.
Is information sold or shared for marketing?
PixelCrafted does not sell or rent inquiry information to advertisers. Information may be handled by hosting, website, email, analytics, security, and other providers needed for the features in use. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to help protect the website.
How long is information kept?
Information may be retained as reasonably needed to handle requests, work on agreed projects, maintain appropriate records, resolve technical issues, or meet applicable obligations. This policy does not promise one universal deletion period. Contact me if you want a particular record reviewed or removed.
How is my information protected?
I take reasonable steps to limit access to information and maintain the website, but no website form or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive login details, authentication codes, or confidential customer records through the public inquiry form.
Can I request access, correction, or deletion?
