PROJECT PRICING

Know what the work may cost before you commit.

You shouldn’t have to contact someone just to find out whether a job is in your budget. These prices show what smaller, defined jobs start at, what a complete website costs, and when a project needs a closer look. I’ll review the requirements and confirm the final scope and fixed price in writing before work begins.
HOW I PRICE THE WORK

Different problems shouldn’t come with the same price.

Some jobs are small and straightforward. Others need investigation before I can tell you what fixing them involves. The prices below apply to defined types of work—not an open-ended hourly bill.

You know what I'm delivering and what it costs before work starts.

Package

A standard package has a standard price.

If the project fits the defined Small-Business Website package, the deliverables and cost are known upfront.

Review

Starting prices are for smaller, defined jobs.

I’ll review the problem first and check whether it qualifies for a starting price. More involved work receives its own fixed quote.

Changes

Approve extra work first.

If something falls outside the agreed scope, I explain the added work and its price before proceeding.

WHEN THE STANDARD PACKAGE ISN’T ENOUGH

More pages or complicated features mean more work.

More than six pages

A larger collection of services, service areas, landing pages, or other business content.

Substantial content work

Extensive research, large amounts of new copy, or complicated information to organize from scratch.

Special features or integrations

The site should make contacting you, requesting a quote, or taking the next action straightforward.

Complex rebuilding or migration

Moving substantial content, replacing an unstable setup, or bringing complicated functionality into a new build.
REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENTS & SPECIAL PROJECTS

A smaller job may be all you need.

Not every problem needs a new website. Small, defined jobs have starting prices; the final cost depends on the agreed work. For a specific homepage issue, there’s also a $249 fixed Homepage Repair Pass, covering one primary problem and directly related desktop/mobile symptoms within the existing design. FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Questions about pricing and project scope

Is the $3,500 website price fixed?

Yes, for a project that fits the standard Small-Business Website package and its written scope. Additional requirements are quoted separately.

What does "starting from" mean?

It covers a real, smaller job defined on the relevant full scope page. If your problem needs more work, I’ll explain the difference and quote the larger scope first.

Does a redesign always cost $1,500?

No. That’s a reference estimate for a focused WordPress redesign. Smaller refreshes may cost less, and broader redesigns may cost more. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing.

Do you work with website platforms other than WordPress?

I use WordPress for website development, redesign, repairs, and maintenance. AI cleanup and business-process automation are separate services and do not always involve websites.

What if my problem is bigger than expected?

I’ll explain what changed, identify the work outside the original agreement, and provide a separate quote before any additional paid work begins.

Do you charge by the hour?

No open-ended hourly billing. I price the agreed work and deliverables, with a fixed quote approved before work begins.

Do I have to buy a maintenance plan?

No. Maintenance is optional.

Can we handle everything through email?

Yes. You can describe the problem, review and approve the quote, and provide feedback by email or chat. A sales call is not required.
READY TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR PROJECT COSTS?

Tell me what's wrong. I'll help you figure out what needs doing.

Maybe your WordPress site is broken, the content needs work, AI created a problem, or you’re tired of repeating the same digital task. Describe what’s happening. I’ll tell you what I need to review, whether I can help, and what a sensible next step involves.
