Review the agreed health or availability indicators, record findings, and flag issues that need investigation or a separate repair.
Selected forms and functions
Check the particular forms and important functions named in the plan. What gets tested, and how often, is confirmed before care begins.

Major repairs or security recovery
Substantial technical failures, hacked-site recovery, malware cleanup, or other security incidents require separate assessment and a written repair scope.
