Home » Who I Work With
You run the business. I help with the digital work getting in the way.
Maybe your WordPress site isn’t working properly. Maybe the content is letting you down, an AI tool left you with a mess, or you’re spending too much time on the same manual task. Tell me what the problem is. You don’t need to know which service to choose.
For owners who need practical help with digital problems.
The industry doesn’t decide the solution. What matters is what’s wrong, what you’re trying to achieve, and whether I can do the work properly.
Local service businesses
Your website is broken, hard to use, or no longer explains your services clearly enough.
Contractors & home services
Customers need to understand the work you do, the areas you serve, and how to reach you.
Repair shops & local retailers
From computer and auto repair to neighborhood shops, people need clear information and an easy next step.
Consultants & professionals
Your services take some explaining. The site should make them easier to understand, not harder.
Small teams & collaborators
You need a defined piece of WordPress work or help sorting out a repeatable digital task.
Other owner-operated businesses
You’ve got a problem that doesn’t fit a neat category. Show me what’s happening and I’ll tell you whether I can help.
The problem matters more than the service label.
I handle WordPress website work, but not every digital problem happens on a website. AI Cleanup and Workflow & Automation can also cover suitable work involving other tools or outputs.
If a smaller repair is enough, I won't recommend rebuilding the website just to make it a bigger project.
WORDPRESS
Fix or improve the site.
Repair, redesign, new builds, content, search structure, and website care for WordPress sites.
AI CLEANUP
Sort out unusable AI work.
Review and improve suitable AI-generated material or outputs when there’s a defined problem to solve.
AUTOMATION
Reduce repetitive work.
Investigate suitable repeatable tasks across compatible tools, data, and processes. I won’t promise automation before checking what’s involved.
You deal with the person doing the work.
No account manager and no mandatory sales call. We can work through the problem by email, with a written scope before paid work begins.
Tell me what's happening
Share a WordPress site or describe the task. You don’t have to diagnose it first.
I check what it involves
I’ll review the context, limitations, and what I’d need to investigate or change.
You review the scope
If the work is a good fit, you’ll see the proposed deliverables, price, and limits in writing.
I do the agreed work
I implement and test the work we’ve agreed on. Changes outside that scope are discussed first.
Two examples of different work.
One is a content-heavy publication. The other is a long-running computer repair website. Both involve actual WordPress work over time—not just a finished homepage screenshot.
3DShoes.com
WordPress rebuilding, content organization, editorial production, and ongoing management for a specialist publication.
TN Computer Medics
Long-term WordPress support, service content, ongoing improvements, and recovery from a large SEO-spam incident.
Questions about who I work with
Do you only work with certain industries?
No. I mainly help small service businesses and owner-operated teams, but the type of problem and tools involved matter more than the industry name.
Do I need a WordPress website?
For website development, redesign, repairs, and maintenance, yes—I work with WordPress. AI Cleanup and Workflow & Automation can cover suitable work that isn’t part of a website.
Do you build or maintain online stores?
E-commerce store builds and maintenance aren’t part of my current website services. For a different digital task, explain it and I’ll check whether it’s a fit.
Do you work with businesses in the US and Canada?
Yes. I primarily work remotely with small-business owners in the US and Canada, using email and written updates.
What if I don't know which service I need?
Tell me what’s broken, confusing, outdated, or taking too much time. I’ll look at the situation before recommending a solution.
Do we need to schedule a call?
No. You can explain the problem, review the proposal, and approve the work through email or chat.
Tell me what's getting in the way. I'll help you work out the next step.
You don’t need a technical brief or a list of services. Send me the website or describe the problem. I’ll review what you’ve shared and explain what I’d look at first.
