WEBSITE CARE — FULL SCOPE

Is anyone keeping an eye on your WordPress website?

A website can look fine while software updates pile up, backups go unchecked, or an inquiry form quietly stops working. Website Care is $149 per month for eligible WordPress sites. I review the site first and confirm the exact recurring tasks, schedule, and support boundaries in writing before care starts.

IS YOUR WEBSITE READY FOR CARE?

Maintenance starts with the condition of the existing website.

Website Care costs $149 per month. I confirm the specific tasks, frequency, and support limits in a written plan before enrollment. I check the site’s condition first so a serious existing problem isn’t mistaken for routine upkeep.

A working WordPress site. Suitable access. Agreed responsibilities.

WordPress website

Check the platform.

Website Care is for eligible existing WordPress sites. I review the installed setup and available access before agreeing to manage routine work.

Existing condition

Look for problems first.

Outdated software, failed backups, broken features, or other existing faults may need separate investigation or repair before maintenance is suitable.

Written care scope

Know what is covered.

The agreement identifies the recurring work, checks, schedule, reporting, troubleshooting limits, and what is quoted separately. No unlimited support is assumed.

Routine care should be defined before a monthly charge begins.

WEBSITE CARE — MONTHLY PLAN

Website Care

$149 / month

Website Care is $149 per month for ongoing WordPress care. The areas below describe the kinds of maintenance I can address. The exact tasks and frequency are confirmed in the written plan before enrollment.

  • ✓ Review core, theme, and plugin updates
  • ✓ Apply the updates agreed for the website
  • ✓ Review configured backup arrangements
  • ✓ Check agreed website-health indicators
  • ✓ Test selected forms or functions where included
  • ✓ Record maintenance checks and changes
  • ✓ Flag missing or questionable backups
  • ✓ Note website faults that need attention
  • ✓ Separate eligible minor issues from larger repairs
  • ✓ Provide the reporting specified in the plan

The $149 price is not an unlimited allowance for software updates, restores, repairs, monitoring, or urgent responses. Any included amount, schedule, and response boundaries are specified in writing before you enroll.

THE AREAS ROUTINE CARE CAN COVER

Keeping the website maintained is ongoing work.

Software updates

Review WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates. I assess the site and apply the updates specifically agreed for its condition and compatibility.

Backups and recovery readiness

Review configured backups and recovery arrangements. Backup creation, verification, storage, and restoration responsibilities must be specified in the agreement.

Website-health checks

Review the agreed health or availability indicators, record findings, and flag issues that need investigation or a separate repair.

Selected forms and functions

Check the particular forms and important functions named in the plan. What gets tested, and how often, is confirmed before care begins.

WHAT THE $149 MONTHLY PLAN DOES NOT COVER

Routine maintenance is not an unlimited repair contract.

Major repairs or security recovery

Substantial technical failures, hacked-site recovery, malware cleanup, or other security incidents require separate assessment and a written repair scope.

Redesigns, pages, and features

Website redesigns, newly built pages, custom features, and substantial development are separate projects, not part of an ongoing maintenance charge.

Content, SEO, and integrations

Large content rewrites, technical SEO projects, new integrations, and unrelated improvements need their own scope and price.

Unlimited or emergency support

No automatic around-the-clock monitoring, guaranteed uptime, unlimited troubleshooting, emergency response, or recovery guarantee is included in the published monthly price.

SOMETIMES A REPAIR COMES FIRST

Not every website is ready for a care plan.

A care plan helps with agreed recurring responsibilities. If the website already has a serious issue, I’ll explain whether that problem needs fixing before monthly maintenance starts.

Review the site first. Avoid paying for a plan that cannot address the real problem.

Suitable for routine care

Maintain what's working.

When the WordPress setup and access are suitable, I can define the routine checks, updates, and reporting for a written maintenance agreement.

Needs a focused repair

Fix the current fault.

A broken form, failed update, or specific technical problem may need an individually scoped repair rather than another recurring charge.

Needs broader work

Quote separately.

A large security incident, major redesign, or extensive technical cleanup is not a monthly maintenance task. It needs investigation and its own proposal.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE / WHAT I HANDLE

Your website and hosting stay under your control.

You don’t need to transfer hosting to me. To work safely, I need to understand the site’s current condition and have the access required for the particular tasks you approve.

What you provide

A link to your WordPress site, its hosting and backup arrangements, relevant account access, details of known faults, and your priorities for routine care. You retain control of the domain, hosting, and website accounts.

What I handle

I review the available setup, identify maintenance needs and limits, explain any work that must be quoted separately, and confirm the recurring tasks and reporting in writing before starting.

HOW WEBSITE CARE STARTS

Check the site. Agree on the work. Then maintain it.

The site review comes before a care agreement. That avoids charging for routine work when a one-time repair is the more sensible answer.

1

Send me the website

Share the WordPress URL, where it’s hosted, and any update, backup, or website problems that are already worrying you.

2

I review its condition

I check the available setup, access, existing faults, and which maintenance areas are appropriate for this particular website.

3

Confirm the written care plan

I specify the agreed checks, update responsibilities, frequency, reporting, support limits, exclusions, and any separately quoted repairs.

4

Routine maintenance begins

I perform the work specified in your written plan and report findings or next actions through the agreed channel.

CHECKS, PROBLEMS, AND LIMITATIONS

Maintenance reduces uncertainty. It cannot remove every risk.

Updates can cause compatibility problems. Backups may be incomplete, and third-party hosting or software can fail. The maintenance agreement must explain what will be checked and how problems are handled.

Checks and backup readiness

The plan needs to say what is actually verified.

  • Updates: Which software is reviewed or updated and how compatibility is checked.
  • Backups: Who creates, checks, stores, and can restore them.
  • Functions: Which site-health signals and forms receive agreed tests.

Repairs and existing problems

The plan also needs a clear limit on troubleshooting.

  • Eligible small maintenance issues are distinguished from substantial repair work.
  • Pre-existing problems, recovery work, and third-party failures are assessed separately unless explicitly included.

No maintenance plan can guarantee uninterrupted operation, protection from hacking, or recovery from every failure. I will explain known limits and the agreed next step when a problem is found.

PRICE, BILLING, AND EXTRA WORK

$149 monthly. Responsibilities agreed in writing.

Website Care is priced at $149 per month. The site review confirms suitability, and the written agreement sets out actual tasks, frequency, reporting, payment, cancellation, and support limits before enrollment.

No hidden extras. No assumption of unlimited work.

Website Care

$149 per month

The published monthly price is $149. I confirm which recurring services are included and their schedule before enrollment. Extra work is not added without your agreement.

Cancellation and access

Terms agreed before care begins.

Cancellation timing, billing cutoffs, any prepaid periods, handover, and removal of maintenance access must be specified before enrollment. I won’t imply an unapproved notice period.

Repairs and additions

Approve separately.

Large repairs, extra features, new pages, incident recovery, and unapproved third-party expenses require a separate written scope and approval before paid work begins.

YOUR DOMAIN. YOUR HOSTING. YOUR WEBSITE.

Website Care should not lock you into my hosting.

You keep control of the website, domain, hosting, and relevant paid accounts. I work through the access needed for the agreed WordPress maintenance; I do not become your hosting provider.

  • ✓ You keep control of the hosting and domain
  • ✓ Maintenance is optional, not required after a build
  • ✓ Third-party subscriptions are separate and disclosed
  • ✓ Any additional paid work needs written approval

No mandatory phone call.

You can describe the website and its existing problems by email or message. I can review the information and explain the appropriate next step without making a sales call mandatory.
