Home » New WordPress Website » Small-Business WordPress Website — Full Scope & Pricing
A complete small-business website with a clear $3,500 price.
You need a website that explains what your business does, works on phones, and gives customers a straightforward way to contact you. This page shows exactly what the standard six-page WordPress package includes, what it does not, and what happens before and after launch.
A practical website, without complicated extras.
The fixed-price package is for a standard small-business WordPress website. It works when the business can supply accurate information and the required pages and features fit the defined scope.
Up to six standard pages. Known features. A clean handoff.
Standard pages
Clear business information.
A defined set of up to six normal content-driven pages, such as Home, About, Services, or Contact. Your specific page list is agreed before the build.
Straightforward features
No complex application build.
Normal website navigation, content and one standard inquiry form. More complicated tools or external integrations are separate.
Reliable source material
I organize what you know.
You provide or confirm services, claims, service areas and business details. I clean up and rewrite your material rather than inventing information.
A defined website package at an agreed price.
Standard Website Package
$3,500 fixed
For an eligible WordPress website with up to six standard pages and the specific inclusions below. The final written agreement confirms the page list, content, features and acceptance checks.
✓ Up to six standard WordPress pages
✓ Responsive desktop, tablet and mobile layouts
✓ Content cleanup and rewriting from your material
✓ Basic website-side SEO setup
✓ One standard contact or quote-request form
✓ Analytics and Google Search Console setup
✓ Two rounds of in-scope revisions
✓ Prelaunch functional and responsive checks
✓ Launch, client access and handoff
✓ 30-day post-launch support for covered defects
If your website needs more pages, special functionality, extensive original content, or a complicated migration, I’ll explain the extra scope and quote it separately before any additional work.
A usable WordPress website—not just a design preview.
Pages and responsive layout
Plan and build up to six agreed standard pages, with clear hierarchy, navigation, and layouts that work on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Content preparation
Organize and rewrite usable information you supply, improve headings and calls to action, and flag business facts that need your confirmation.
SEO, analytics and form
Complete basic website-side SEO setup, configure one standard contact or quote form, and set up analytics and Search Console using the needed client-controlled accounts.
Launch and handoff
Check agreed pages and features, complete the approved launch, provide normal WordPress/Elementor access, and explain what was delivered.
Extra features and major rebuilding need separate pricing.
Additional pages or page types
More than six standard pages, large collections of service/location pages, complex directories, and other page types outside the agreed list.
Advanced functionality
Online stores, memberships, complex booking, special integrations, custom applications, and advanced forms or automations.
Major content or migration work
Extensive independent research, writing without adequate business information, large content imports, and recovery or migration of complex or damaged websites.
Third-party and ongoing services
Hosting, domain registration, paid plugins or subscriptions, ongoing SEO campaigns, regular content updates, and continuous maintenance.
I won't recommend a rebuild when a smaller job makes sense.
A new website is not automatically the right answer. If you already have a usable WordPress site, I first consider whether a contained repair or focused redesign can solve the actual problem.
The right solution should fit the problem—not the other way around.
Repair
Keep what already works.
When the current setup is sound and a specific feature or page is broken, a repair may be enough.
Redesign
Improve the existing foundation.
When the site functions but important pages look dated or are hard to use, focused redesign may be the better choice.
New website
Build when it's justified.
When there’s no suitable site or the old setup cannot reasonably support what the business needs, a fresh WordPress build may make more sense.
You provide the business facts. I build the website.
You do not need finished website copy or a technical specification. I do need accurate source information and your approval of important decisions.
What you provide
Your services, contact details, service areas, logo and photos if available, existing useful text, access to your own hosting/domain and relevant accounts, confirmation of business claims, and timely review feedback.
What I handle
Plan the agreed pages, organize and rewrite supplied content, build the responsive WordPress website, configure the standard form and basic SEO setup, connect analytics and Search Console, test, launch and hand over.
A straightforward path from material to a working website.
We settle the standard page list, deliverables, and price before work starts. You approve changes that fall outside the package.
Plan the site
Review your business information and confirm the six-page maximum, page purposes, required materials and approved features.
Prepare the content
Organize and clean up your supplied information. I’ll flag missing or unverified facts rather than inventing them.
Build and review
Create the agreed responsive WordPress pages, set up the included features, and carry out the two contracted in-scope revision rounds.
Test, launch, hand off
Check the pages, navigation and form, complete the agreed launch, set up analytics and Search Console, and provide a usable handoff.
The website is finished when the agreed work is delivered and checked.
The final written scope identifies the page list and required features. I’ll verify them before calling the project complete.
Prelaunch and acceptance checks
The agreed checks cover the website being delivered.
- Pages and devices: The contracted pages display appropriately on desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Navigation and contact: Agreed links, menus and the standard form are tested under representative conditions.
- Setup and handoff: Included basic SEO settings, analytics/Search Console configuration, access and agreed launch steps are checked.
30-day post-launch defect support
For 30 calendar days after the documented launch, I’ll address defects directly attributable to the agreed delivered work, without additional labor charges.
- Failures of the original agreed functionality or implementation can qualify for correction.
- New features, changed business requirements, unrelated faults, and later third-party failures aren’t automatically included.
If an agreed deliverable cannot be completed, I’ll explain what prevents it, discuss a fair correction or adjustment, and account for undelivered work under the written agreement.
The $3,500 price covers the agreed package—not unlimited requests.
Your fixed-price agreement lists the standard pages, features, milestones or payment arrangement, revision allowance, launch criteria, and applicable third-party costs before work begins.
Two revision rounds are included for the original approved requirements.
Package payment
Confirmed in writing.
The project agreement states when payments are due. The $3,500 package price does not include outside hosting, domain or subscription charges.
Two revision rounds
Changes within the agreed plan.
You receive two review rounds for revisions to the original agreed pages and requirements. New pages, major new direction, or added features are separate paid work.
Cancellation or additions
No hidden extra work.
If you cancel, I account for agreed completed work and refund unearned payment subject to approved costs. Extra work requires a separate written price and your approval.
You own the accounts. You can hire anyone afterward.
I never host client websites or require you to transfer hosting to me. Your domain and hosting stay in accounts you own and pay for directly. You retain normal WordPress and Elementor access after launch.
✓ Domain registered in your own account
✓ Hosting paid directly to your chosen provider
✓ WordPress and Elementor access retained
✓ No required PixelCrafted hosting or maintenance
No lock-in. Clean handoff.
I deliver the agreed website so it can stay under your control. You can bring in another developer whenever you choose without having to ask me for your website accounts.
Questions about the $3,500 WordPress package
Is the website package really $3,500 fixed?
Yes, for a project that fits the approved standard package and its written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires approval.
What is a standard page?
A normal content-led business page using the site’s agreed design and standard WordPress elements. We confirm exactly which pages count toward the six-page maximum before work starts.
Do I need to write all the website copy?
No. I can organize and rewrite your usable materials, but you must supply or confirm accurate business facts. Extensive original research and large-scale new writing are separate.
Will you handle SEO and analytics?
The package includes basic website-side SEO setup plus analytics and Search Console configuration. It doesn’t include an ongoing SEO campaign or guarantee rankings, traffic or inquiries.
What about forms and special features?
One standard contact or quote-request form is included. Advanced forms, bookings, stores, memberships, and complex integrations need separate pricing.
How do the two revision rounds work?
They cover feedback on the original agreed pages and requirements. New requirements or changing the whole direction are quoted separately.
Do you provide hosting or require maintenance?
No. I never host client websites. Your domain and hosting remain yours, and any maintenance plan is optional.
Will I control the finished site and can we use email?
Yes. You keep normal WordPress/Elementor access, and the entire project can be coordinated through written communication without a mandatory sales call.
Tell me what the business needs. I'll confirm whether this package fits.
Send your business information, the kind of pages you need, and anything important about your current site. I’ll explain whether the $3,500 standard package is suitable or whether a smaller or different project makes more sense.
