AI created something useful, but left mistakes behind. What can be saved?
AI-generated text, documents and other digital outputs can look finished while containing wrong facts, repetition or confusing material. I review the specific problem, keep what works and define a practical cleanup. Here’s what an eligible cleanup starting from $249 covers.
The starting price is for one small, defined AI-created problem.
The entry offer covers one manageable AI-generated written output or document that can be reviewed against reliable information you provide. AI Cleanup isn’t restricted to WordPress or websites.
One identified output. A clear correction. Evidence to check it.
One bounded item
Not an entire project.
For example, a single AI-drafted business document or written output with identifiable errors. Its complexity and size must fit the written quote.
Reliable source facts
Don't replace guesses with guesses.
You provide the purpose, original output and authoritative business details so unsupported claims can be corrected or flagged.
Supported format
Agree what 'fixed' means.
The material must be readable and editable in an agreed format. Other AI outputs or technical problems need individual assessment.
A real entry-level cleanup, not a promise to fix everything made with AI.
One Defined AI-Written Output
From $249
For an eligible, bounded correction of one AI-generated written business item using source facts you provide or confirm. I agree on the specific output, deliverable, checks and fixed price before paid work.
✓ Review the original AI-generated material
✓ Identify specific errors or confusing sections
✓ Compare factual claims against supplied evidence
✓ Keep accurate, useful material
✓ Correct the agreed wording and structure
✓ Remove agreed repetition or generic filler
✓ Flag claims that cannot be verified
✓ Provide one corrected editable deliverable
✓ Explain the main changes and limitations
✓ Complete the contracted review and corrections
Complex software, images, video, datasets, multi-document collections and broken automations aren’t included at $249. Other AI-created problems can be assessed and quoted separately.
Keep the useful work. Correct what makes it unreliable.
Inspect the original
Review one agreed AI-written output, its intended use and the specific issues you want corrected.
Check the claims
Compare business names, services, promises and other factual statements with material supplied or confirmed by the client.
Clean up the output
Remove or rewrite agreed repetition, unsupported claims and unclear sections without replacing accurate useful content for no reason.
Deliver and explain
Provide the corrected version in the agreed editable format, with a concise record of the changes, unverified details and remaining limits.
Different AI mistakes can require very different work.
Multiple files and extensive research
Large document collections, independent fact-finding, full research projects or many unrelated AI-generated outputs.
Technical systems and code
Rebuilding AI-generated applications, debugging complex code, repairing automations, data pipelines or external integrations.
Images, video and complex assets
Re-creating visual assets, complex spreadsheet systems, generated videos, audio, models or specialized files without a separate technical scope.
High-stakes claims and guarantees
Legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional verification; absolute accuracy guarantees; and unsupported promises about the finished output.
AI Cleanup can go beyond websites and documents.
An AI tool might produce broken code, a messy spreadsheet, an unreliable workflow, an unusable design or confusing business material. Those are different jobs and need different skills, testing and access.
I'll investigate what is practical before promising a fix or a price.
Written material
A focused starting service.
One eligible AI-drafted document or written output can qualify for the $249 cleanup when reliable source facts are available.
Digital work and systems
A separate technical assessment.
AI-assisted pages, scripts, spreadsheets or automations may be investigated where the tools and problem fit my capabilities. The quote states the exact limits.
Outside my scope
I'll tell you when I can't help.
If the material needs specialized verification, unsupported software or high-risk decisions, I won’t claim I can safely correct it.
Show me what AI produced and what it was supposed to do.
You don’t need to know which AI tool caused the issue. I need the original output, its intended purpose and what makes it unusable or unreliable.
What you provide
The original output or accessible file, expected result, known errors, trusted business materials and facts, permitted access if required, and approval for the defined changes. Don’t send passwords or confidential data through an ordinary message.
What I handle
Review the bounded problem, check what can be verified, identify a suitable correction, preserve useful work, deliver the agreed result, test or review it against the accepted criteria and disclose remaining limitations.
Review, define, correct and check the result.
The process works for a written cleanup or a separately scoped technical AI problem. Only the specific work you approve is included.
Show me the output
Send the AI-created material, describe what it should do and show what is inaccurate, confusing or broken.
Agree on the scope
I’ll confirm what can be supported, what gets changed, the accepted source facts, deliverable, verification checks and written fixed price.
Clean up the agreed work
I’ll correct the defined problems while retaining accurate content and working parts. Unexpected complexity is discussed before expanding scope.
Verify and hand over
I’ll compare the result with the agreed acceptance checks, provide the deliverable and identify anything that still requires verification or separate work.
The cleanup is finished when the agreed problem has been addressed and checked.
Your written quote identifies the output, original problem, expected deliverable and agreed checks. A cleanup isn’t completed merely because the output looks different.
How I verify the result
I’ll review the deliverable against the accepted scope and available evidence.
- Corrections: The identified issues have been addressed within the agreed material.
- Facts: Claims are supported by supplied evidence or clearly marked as needing confirmation.
- Handoff: You receive the agreed corrected output and a note of unresolved limitations.
Revisions and remaining issues
The quote states the included review process and any post-delivery defect conditions.
- Errors caused by my work or failure to meet the original agreed acceptance checks require correction under the agreement.
- New AI outputs, new goals, unsupported source claims and unrelated technical faults are additional work.
I won’t certify information I cannot verify. If the agreed correction becomes impossible, I’ll explain why and reconcile undelivered work fairly under the accepted quote.
You approve a defined job—not an unlimited cleanup promise.
From $249 applies only to a qualifying small AI-created written output. Other types of AI issues receive their own fixed scope and quote after review.
The final price and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
Entry-level cleanup
From $249 for eligible material.
A small agreed cleanup may be paid upfront under its written terms. Prepaid money is not automatically earned for undelivered work.
Revisions or cancellation
Fair terms for both sides.
The quote states the review allowance and payment conditions. If you cancel, I’ll account for agreed completed work and refund unearned amounts, subject to approved costs.
Additional work
Request approval first.
New files, further research, complex technical fixes, implementation, new features or changed requirements need a separate written price before I proceed.
The original material and your tools remain under your control.
The cleanup doesn’t require you to hand over ownership of a website, service or AI account. I never host client websites, and I don’t require a subscription or ongoing work to deliver a finished cleanup.
✓ Original files and relevant accounts remain yours
✓ The corrected output is handed over in an agreed format
✓ No forced PixelCrafted hosting or maintenance
✓ You may hire another provider for further work
Keep control. Leave without hassles.
My responsibility is to deliver the work we agreed and explain its limitations—not make future access depend on hiring me again.
Questions about AI Cleanup starting from $249
Is AI Cleanup only for WordPress websites?
No. I can review different AI-created digital problems when the tools, source material and requirements are within my capabilities. The $249 entry example is a bounded written output, not a WordPress-only service.
What exactly qualifies for $249?
One manageable AI-drafted business document or written item with specific errors and reliable client-provided source facts. Its size, format and exact changes must fit the written fixed quote.
Can you clean up AI-generated code or automations?
Potentially, but technical recovery and debugging aren’t covered by the $249 entry scope. I’ll investigate whether I can reasonably support the tools and quote a separate job.
Will you rewrite everything from scratch?
Not when useful, accurate work can be retained. I’ll focus on the agreed errors and changes rather than replacing material just because AI produced it.
Can you verify the claims an AI tool invented?
I can compare claims against the evidence you provide or agree to source. Unsupported statements will be corrected or flagged; I won’t invent proof or guarantee facts that cannot be verified.
Can you handle images, videos, spreadsheets or designs?
Those may require a different technical scope or specialist. I won’t promise work in unsupported tools or formats before reviewing the material.
How do I know the cleanup is finished?
Your written quote identifies what will be corrected and how it will be checked. You’ll receive the agreed deliverable and an explanation of unresolved limitations.
Do I need a call, hosting transfer or ongoing plan?
No. You can explain the problem, approve the scope and review the result through written communication. Hosting and subscriptions aren’t required.
Show me what it made. I'll help figure out what can be fixed.
Send the AI-created output, what you expected, and what seems wrong. I’ll review whether the problem fits a focused cleanup or needs a different technical scope.
